To and from our Airports

Bus vor dem Berliner Dom

Tegel airport
Until the opening of Berlin’s new airport (BER), the BVG will continue to serve Tegel (TXL) and Schönefeld (SXF) airports with its existing bus routes.
Current timetables apply without restriction until the new airport is operational.

Tegel airport can be reached with buses 109, 128, TXL, X9

Berlin-Schönefeld airport
Make sure you get the right ticket for Schönefeld:
The airport is located in Berlin zone C. A ticket which includes zone C is required if travelling by BVG buses, the S-Bahn or local trains – depending on where you start your journey, either “Berlin BC” or “Berlin ABC”.

If you are in possession of an AB ticket, you only need to buy a “Berlin C” extension ticket, available as a single for 1,50 EUR at all BVG and S-Bahn sales outlets and from all ticket machines. The extension is valid for a maximum 2 hours, and only in conjunction with a full-price ticket. It must be validated no later than the last stop in zone B. Luggage can be taken free of charge.
