The XXL tourist ticket

Unlimited travel in Berlin or in Berlin and Potsdam combined, and up to 50% discount for more than 130 highlights in the German capital!

After validating the BerlinWelcomeCard, you have 48 or 72 hours unlimited travel on all public transport services in Berlin zones AB or ABC.

Your advantage:
The WelcomeCard comes with a guide containing many insider tips, a city map, and discounts of up to 50% for more than 130 tourist and cultural highlights.

Where is the Berlin WelcomeCard available?
The WelcomeCard, including guide, is available at the tourist information centres (BERLIN infostores), in the ticket centres of BVG, S-Bahn (urban rail), DB Regio and Havelbus Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH Potsdam (HVG), in many Berlin hotels, and online.

Berlin WelcomeCard tickets are also available at the ticket machines at underground and urban rail stations, and from 1 July 2008 also from the drivers in the BVG buses. The corresponding guide can then be collected from the above outlets on presenting the ticket.

Please note:
The Berlin WelcomeCard Berlin zone AB is valid for just one person and only in the Berlin city area. It is not possible to purchase an extension ticket for zone C.

The Berlin WelcomeCard Berlin zone ABC is valid in the Berlin city area and in the greater Berlin region including Potsdam, for joint journeys by one adult and up to three children from the age of six up to and including 14 years.

Berlin WelcomeCards must be validated before starting the first journey. After starting the journey, the Berlin WelcomeCards are not transferable. They are not valid on special routes.

The Berlin WelcomeCard valid for five days for zones Berlin AB (city of Berlin) or Berlin ABC (Berlin + Potsdam + surroundings) must be validated before starting the first journey and expires at the midnight at the end of the fifth day at.

Take them with you:
Children aged up to 6 years (up to three children on ferries), prams, luggage, and one dog travel free of charge with a ticket holder. A reduced fare ticket is required for each additional dog.

To take a bicycle, you need a bicycle ticket.
