Die Linie muss in beiden Fahrtrichtungen vom Kapelle-Ufer über Rahel-Hirsch-Str. nach Alt-Moabit umgeleitet werden. Die Haltestellen Washingtonplatz/Hauptbahnhof und S+U Hauptbahnhof werden nicht bedient. Dafür werden in der Rahel-Hirsch-Str. hinter Friedrich-List-Ufer (Richtung Flughafen Tegel) bzw. ggü. Friedrich-List-Ufer (Fahrtrichtung S+U Alexanderplatz) Ersatzhaltestellen eingerichtet.
