Die Linie muss in beiden Fahrtrichtungen von der Johannisthaler Chaussee kommend über Petunienweg, Flurweg, Neuköllner Str. und Rudower Str. zur Johannisthaler Chaussee umgeleitet werden. Die Haltestellen Birkhuhnweg und Beifußweg werden nicht bedient. Dafür sind im Petunienweg in Höhe Schwertlilienweg Ersatzhaltestellen eingerichtet.
