Die Linie muss in Fahrtrichtung Sachtlebenstr. von der Dovestr. kommend über Einsteinufer, Marchstr., Ernst-Reuter- Platz und Otto-Suhr-Allee zur Leibnizstr. umgeleitet werden. Die Haltestellen Guerickestr. wird nicht bedient. Dafür hält der Bus an der Haltestelle der Linie 245- Dovebrücke- (Einsteinufer hinter Cauerstr.). Die Haltestelle Otto-Suhr-Alle/Leibnitzstr. wird in die Leibnizstr. hinter Otto-Suhr-Allee verlegt.
