Your customer number may have a maximum of 10 digits and must be entered without spaces, full stops or hyphens. You will find this number on your account statement in the reason for payment.
If possible, always cancel your contract by the 22nd of the current month to avoid additional costs and effort. If you cancel your contract after the 22nd, the debit for the following month can unfortunately no longer be stopped for technical reasons. In this case, you do not have to initiate a chargeback, the money will be automatically refunded to your account.
Please check whether you have entered your data correctly. Only if your data is entered correctly, your cancellation can be processed by us. If the data is incorrect, your contract will continue.
