Requirement

  • You are a student: a photo and a valid Berlin student ID II or a personal document + the certificate (not older than 30 days) of the school/educational institution that the requirements are met

  • You are a trainee: a personal document + the certificate (not older than 30 days) of the training institution/school/educational institution/social institution that the requirements are met + training contract

  • You are a student: a photo and a valid student ID or a personal document + the certificate (not older than 30 days) of the training center/school/educational institution/social institution that the requirements are met

  • Other authorized persons*: a personal document + the certificate (not older than 30 days) of the training institution/school/educational institution/social institution that the requirements are met.

Travel validity

  • Tariff zone AB, BC or ABC, optionally with 1 or 2 additional rural districts

  • Unlimited travel in the indicated fare zone

  • For pupils, trainees and students 

Validity period
12 months by subscription

Free to take along

  • Children under 6 years of age

  • Hand luggage, strollers, wheelchairs and other orthopedic aids, e.g., walking aids

  • 1 dog Monthly ticket

  • 1 bicycle (only Berlin AB, BC, ABC)
