- Simply log in via your personal BVG-Account If you haven’t signed up yet, register with your login details and activate your subscription under ´Add/Edit Subscription´.
Tip: Have your customer number (Abo-Kundennummer) ready for registration. You can find it in the welcome or fahrCard letter, or in your account statement under the subject of the monthly debit for BVG.
- In the BVG-Account, click on ´BVG Club' in the menu bar under ´Add/Edit subscription' and secure discounts.
If you have a BVG Corporate Ticket or a Deutschland Ticket Job, you can access the BVG Club via the order portal. Follow the steps under the question ´What is the BVG Club and how can I use it?`
By the way, even parents or legal guardians of children with school student ticket subscriptions can utilize the BVG Club through their BVG-Account.

Who has access to the BVG Club?
You can access the BVG Club with the following BVG subscriptions:
- Deutschlandticket
- Deutschlandticket Job
- VBB Corporate Ticket (Firmenticket)
- VBB Environmental Pass (Umweltkarte)
- VBB Trainee/Apprentice Subscription (Abo Azubi)
How can I log in or register?
Simply log in with your personal BVG account. If you haven’t registered yet, sign up with your details and activate your subscription under “Add/Edit Subscription.”
Tip: Have your subscription customer number ready for registration. You can find it in your welcome letter or fahrCard letter, or on your account statement under the reference for your monthly BVG direct debit. You can also request your customer number at any BVG Customer Center or by phone at 030 19449, option 1 (Subscription).
In your BVG account, go to “Add/Edit Subscription” in the main menu, click on “BVG Club,” and start securing your discounts.
What benefits does the BVG Club offer?
As a subscriber, you can enjoy over 150 offers across 12 categories, including culture, travel, fashion, technology, sports, leisure, home, beauty, and local experiences. Every month, we add new highlights to our portfolio. With the BVG Club newsletter, you’ll always stay up to date.
We regularly invite members to exclusive BVG Club events. In addition, there are ongoing voucher promotions and up to three prize draws each month.
Examples of past prize draws include: free cinema tickets for films like Wonka, Robot Dreams, or Juror #2; vouchers for Jelbi; free entry to SEA LIFE Berlin, the Dalí Surreal and The Last Days of Pompeii exhibitions; the Staatsoper Unter den Linden; BWSG Spree cruises; Chamäleon Theater and Prime Time Theater shows; annual passes for Grün Berlin (Gärten der Welt, Botanical Garden); and family tickets for the Christmas Garden Berlin.
How can I use the BVG Club in English?
If you are on the BVG Club platform, open the menu in the top right corner and click “My Account” (Mein Konto). Under “Language” (Sprache), select English (Englisch).
You can now use the entire BVG Club platform in English. Enjoy!
How do I access the BVG Club with a VBB Corporate Ticket or Deutschlandticket Job?
Access for VBB Corporate Ticket and Deutschlandticket Job subscribers is granted via the BVG order portal:
- Log in to the order portal with your access data*.
- Read the information text and then click the “BVG Club” button.
- Under “Register Now,” enter your first name, last name, email address, and activation code**, and create a password.
- You will then be redirected to the BVG Club platform.
*You can obtain your login details from your company ticket contact person. If you are the contact person and do not know the general password, please contact us at bvg-club@bvg.de.
