If you already have a BVG Deutschlandticket, it will continue to run unchanged. The amount charged will be automatically adjusted to €58 per month from January 1, 2025.

You can now travel all through Germany with just one ticket. With the Deutschland Ticket from the BVG, you can use all public transport, including regional trains, for only €58 a month.

What do I do if my smart card does not arrive in time before the start of the month or my mobile ticket is not displayed in my app?

We’ll send you either a phone ticket or an electronic smart card by post – depending on what you selected when you signed up. You can now also pick up your smart card in person at our customer centres. Please bring your ID card with you and allow for some waiting time.

My account was charged twice. What can I do?

At present, some accounts are being incorrectly debited. If your subscription was charged twice, you do not need to do anything. We’re working to make sure you get your money back as soon as possible.

My phone ticket was not accepted during an inspection, even though I have a valid Deutschland ticket.

Already have a Deutschland ticket and been inspected? Then you can make a complaint on the penalty fares website. To do so, enter your penalty number and your order confirmation for the Deutschland ticket. If everything is correct, the penalty will be dropped.

  1. Mon-Fri from 8pm until 3am the following day. Sat, Sun, holidays, 24 & 31 Dec all day up to four people, with only one person older than 14 years. 
  2. With the Deutschland Ticket, a dog may be taken along free of charge in Berlin/Brandenburg, i.e. in the VBB area. This regulation does not apply nationwide.
