Important information
Customer number
The customer number corresponds to the first 9 digits of the contract number. You will find this in every letter sent to you by BVG. For the contract number 123456789-0001, for example, the customer number would be 123456789.
Linking contracts
If you would like to link several student ticket contracts in one Abo Online account, please provide us with the first names, surnames, dates of birth and contract numbers of the contracts to be linked. Use our service-bot and the Link button to do this. We also need the e-mail address of the account to be linked. The link can only be created if the same legally authorized person is registered for both contracts.
To renew your school student ticket for Berlin, please note the following:
- Please log in using your BVG account details.
- Then enter the details for your subscription.
- You can now edit your school student subscription.
- Please upload the front and back of your Berliner Schülerausweis I.
- On the paper version of the Schülerausweis I, the school stamp must partially cover the passport photo.
- Your personal details must be legible.
- The validity of the Schülerausweis I must cover the current school year.
