Team BVG is motivated!
The results show that Germany's largest public transport company consists of a strong team of motivated colleagues. However, they also show where employees see room for improvement. The overall index is 65 out of 100 and is made up of equal parts of the dimensions satisfaction, motivation, identification and recommendation. 65 is a good score, but one that the SNB intends to increase in the coming years.

What happens now
Strengthening positive aspects, working on our weaknesses – this is now the common goal. In the next step, employees at all levels can work together with their managers in workshops to develop measures and to implement concrete improvements in their own working environment. The results of the agreements should be tangible for Team BVG by the end of 2025. And their success will be monitored: Surveys are to take place regularly in future.
