Deutschland Ticket as mobile ticket
- Download the BVG Ticket app or the Fahrinfo app to your smartphone.
- Sign in with your BVG account or create a new account.
- In the Ticket app, you’ll find the Deutschland Ticket on the “Purchase” page; in the Fahrinfo app, it’s on the “Tickets” page. You can order it directly from there.
Please note:
- If you purchase a ticket for the current month, it will be available in the app straight away. However, the ticket will then only be valid from the selected date until the end of the month, and the full monthly fee of 63,00 € will be debited.
(Example: 18.06.2026 to 30.06.2026) - If you buy the Deutschlandticket for a future month, you’ll find it in the app one week before the end of the month. It will then be valid from the 1st of the month until the last day of the month.
(Example: 01.07.2026 to 31.07.2026) - The ticket will be downloaded as soon as you open the app. If the ticket isn't displayed, you can manually load it from the ticket storage by swiping down.
- You may cancel your subscription up to the 10th of the month. From the 11th of the month onwards, cancellation will only take effect at the end of the following month, and payment for both months will be due.

Information for Jelbi users:
If you already retrieve a Deutschland Ticket through Jelbi, nothing will change for you. Your Deutschland Ticket will be displayed in the app as usual.
